I’ve always been a planner.
As a kid, my friends always knew to give me setup time for whatever we were playing. It’s almost like I enjoyed the planning more than the playing. 🤣
It’s safe to say I’ve been in operations my whole life. I’m that person who knows what needs to happen - and when - in order to maximize resources, energy, and time.
I get jazzed when I need to figure out a new system or process, and put things in a sequence that works. 🤓
A lot of my career has been in facilities management (aka being “the hub of employee experience”). I used my superpowers toward creating physical environments that enabled employees to do their best work.
And I liked it. A lot.
Now I direct these strengths towards this business where I review operational systems and client care processes for entrepreneurs and small businesses and set them up with streamlined work flows, often by leveraging tech, automations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
I also provide ongoing executive and administrative support so my CEOs and small business owners can focus on the parts of their business that bring them the most joy.
Bottom line: I get my energy from seeing you succeed.
